A Nation Without A Budget

The prominent tradition of submitting the US budget has been on hold since 2009. The lack of a budget has led to an weakening of an already poor economy. Unless the brakes on fiscal irresponsibility is strongly applied America will speed into the brick wall of financial collapse.

The US budget is the plan allocating financial resources funding operations of the US Government for the approaching fiscal year. According to the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921, in it’s current form, a formal budget (31 U.S.C. 1105 (a) a. specifies the Presidents budget submission is to be between the first Monday of January and the first Monday in February every year. In March CBO publishes an analysis of the Presidents budget proposals. Then the House and Senate budget committee begins consideration. The deliberate omission of a formal budget by the Obama White House and supported by the Congress enabled a cover up of un-known financial transactions.

We are witnessing the rush into WWIII. Unless fending off a physical invasion or attack the President is required to get a Congressional declaration of war before engaging in military hostilities in another country. Will the heedless BH Obama send our vulnerable men and women into battle after his ruthless cuts to our military? Or is this the du de ta? The final blow that will destroy our once proud nation from within and from people in our own government in prominent places of authority. An unwanted war may not resuscitate the financially arrested USA it may well flat line America. One must speculate if this is another False Flag. BH says he will not tolerate anyone breaking International law; does that include himself.? Is BH kneeling on his prayer rug begging that the proposed military action will take the blaring spot light of public scrutiny off of his shoulders? The severe heat of Benghazi and numerous other burdensome scandals that swirl around him have started to demagnetize his self imaged attraction.

Precise information is unknown regarding the transparent administration of BH Obama. We know the profligate spender Obama takes frequent million dollar vacations. We see him on the golf course too often. Much like chronic sinners who rush to the confessional booth after each forbidden act, after luxurious vacations, Obama hops into Air Force One and hit’s the campaign trail, his confession booth. He tells eager ears a plethora of nothing. He is waiting for their forgiveness. We read about the ridiculous amounts of money that Obama is pledging to other countries. But what is the truth? Why were there no budgets for the years 2010, 2011, 2012? Citizens must question why the US Congress did not rattle their cages of rage when the blatant violations occurred.

Apathetic American citizens, much like Rip Van Winkle, will soon discover that they have woke up too late. Through their lazy neglect there is nothing left. Obama can be compared to Rip Van Winkle. A man without ambition, who accomplishes nothing and avoids gainful labor. He tells stories and gives toys. His house is soon in disarray and then into total nothingness. The US Citizens are alikened to Rip Van Winkle’s always nagging wife. The game is continuous without resolve. After a brutal chastising by his disgusted wife, Rip mysteriously disappears into the mountains with his ever faithful dog. When Obama mysteriously disappears will he have a separate plane for BO?

The US Congress returns in September to the once hallowed halls of justice. More appropriately they return to roost. The maladroit John Boehner stated that in order to raise the debit limit, the government must cut medicare, social security, government pensions, obamacare and programs that benefit senior citizens. Out of the other side of his mouth he is making amnesty palatable. This is the result of no budget since the year 2009. There is no need for an increase in the debt level. They will assure citizens that the soon to be implemented tax hikes are essential to save our economy. Obama will return from his national confession and announce his next planned extravagant get away from doing nothing. Plus Michelle can’t be expected to feel like a prisoner in her more than comfortable surroundings; her large staff caters her every whim. She needs breathing space. BH will announce additional expansive proposed taxes, after all we must all tighten our belts and share the sacrifice. None of us shared his vacations. He will verbally hammer with bravado the need for gun control and completely ignore the sacred Bill of Rights. He will use the race word to discredit those who oppose him. Will the spineless US Congress and/or the decadent Obama introduce and adhere to a budget as prescribed by our governing documents? And the games begin again.
