Open Letter to Senator Shelby

Dear Senator Shelby;

I just wanted to say thank you for standing up and stating the obvious so publicly (as published in the Culliman Times): “… but I haven’t seen any birth certificate”. Millions of Americans are making the same statement, and asking the same question “Where were you born, Mr. Obama/Soetoro?”

As a sworn California Elector (and former Military officer) I am a plaintiff in several lawsuits asking that same simple question. And we were recently joined by an active duty U.S. Army enlistee in Iraq who writes:

"When I enlisted last year I had to show my birth certificate, as well as my driver's license, high school diploma, college transcripts, SS card; I also filled out loads of paperwork to include listing the names, addresses and phone numbers of my family members and had to answer any questions regarding foreign travel.

"I think it is reasonable for Obama to prove his citizenship status, thus certifying his eligibility. I too raised my right hand and swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States," he told Attorney Orly Taitz. "I believe the case you are filing could very well determine if we are in fact a Constitutional Republic or a nation of mob rule. I would be honored to be a part of your efforts."

Senator, in light of your proven dedication to the Constitution, I would ask that you consider joining us in the effort to expose the imposter/usurper for what he is, and help expose, to We The People, the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on our Constitutional Republic in over 200 years. P.S. Attached is a video of the attack on you CNN’s ‘reporter’ Rick Sanchez (with my analysis comments) that I am forwarding to all my lists. It’s quite revealing of the bias and ignorance that we face in our work to reclaim our Constitution and our Country.

CNN's racist illegal-alien advocate Rick Sanchez stupidly takes on Alabama Republican Senator Richard Shelby’s remarks concerning President Obama's unseen-by-anyone Birth Certificate.

Sanchez makes a complete ass of himself towards the end of the 3 minute clip, when he shows a ‘Googled’ LA Times reproduced, fraudulent, photo-shopped, fake CERTIFICATION of LIVE BIRTH, to try to prove that Senator Shelby was wrong (‘almost seditious’, he intimated) to suggest that ‘we haven’t seen any birth certificate’.

On Tuesday, 24 Feb 2009, over a million more Americans heard the story of the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on our Nation in over 200 years, when Attorney Orly Taitz appeared on WOR 710 New York Talk Radio on The Steve Malzberg Show, and told about the 60 Military personnel plus 7 State Representatives (plus Presidential candidate Alan Keyes) now suing Obama/Soetoro for the very same ‘fake birth certificate’ reasons, followed by Attorney Phil Berg on the Michael Savage Show telling about his proof that Obama/Soetoro was actually born in Kenya, the fraudulent Certification of Live Birth (we don’t need that – we can see that he was born… somewhere), and the fact that he attended U.S. colleges as a FOREIGN STUDENT!

It was the promotion of fake documents like this on CBS in 2004 that brought down Dan Rather, and had a devastating effect on CBS itself. Let us hope that Rick Sanchez (and CNN) meet the same kind of justice for this travesty in ‘reporting’.
